Datei durch BlueJ-Methode öffnen?

Ist es möglich eine Methode in BlueJ zu schreiben mit der man eine Datei auf der Festplatte aufrufen kann,z.B. eine .exe oder .bat? Wenn ja, wie?

Als Hinweis: in BlueJ schreibst du Java-Programme...
Falls dir der Code oben nicht hilft, such doch mal nach "Java+call+exe" (oder ähnlichen Kombinationen)
