    Ich habe vor einiger Zeit sowas programmiert, das ist wirklich easy. Du machst eine MySQl-TABLE `user` mit Feldern `name`,`votes`,`voting`,[...]. Unter `votes` wird die Anzahl der Votes gespeichert und unter `voting` die Gesamtsumme aller Votes (von einer Skala von 1 bis 10). PHP lääst du dann einfach $row['voting']/$row['votes'] rechnen, dann hast du den durchschnittlichen Vote. Und den Rest vom Script kannst du dir ja denken :]

    Sowas kann man recht einfach via PHP & MySQL realisieren.
