hi,
ich habe volgendes script:

$str = include('http://EXAMPLE.COM/ABC.XML');
function get_content($tag,$string){
$string=explode("<$tag>",$string);
$string=explode("</$tag>",$string[1]);
return $string[0];
}
echo get_content("total",$str);
?>

es kommt aber immer Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in EXAMPLE.COM/ABC.XML on line 1

include ist nicht di Funktion, die du suchst, wenn du das XML in eine Variable einlesen willst.

Probiers mal mit de.php.net/manual/de/function.file-get-contents.php

hab ich beides versucht aber nicht geschafft kann mir das jemand machen? sorry bin ein php-noob..

Eigentlich nicht, aber weils nur ein Einzeiler ist:

function get_content($tag,$string){
$string=explode("<$tag>",$string);
$string=explode("</$tag>",$string[1]);
return $string[0];
}
echo get_content("total",$str);

Es scheint sich für dich erledigt zu haben, aber PHP hat ne ganz tolle XML Klasse --> de.php.net/simplexml
Mit der man ganz einfach, ganz viele schöne Ding anstellen kann
